Everyday I am a school, I always feel stressed and nervous and sometimes get butterflies in my tummy. I can't concentrate and I have to sometimes even make up an excuse to leave the lesson for a few minutes because I feel like I need a break. Even going to my locker, a short walk or toilet, just something to give me a break. I don't know how I can stop this and it gets worse in certain subjects depending on what they are. I find it hard to sleep and I have had 15 out of the recommended 25.5 hours in the last three nights. Last week, my dad was asleep and I had to get out of the house, so I climbed out the window because the door creeks and walked around the village for an hour. I haven't had anything like it before, it only started last monday really and it's never properly gone away. I haven't talked to my parents or anything about it, I know I should but I really don't want to right now so if you have any advice could it please not be talk to your parents because I won't take it…

If you have any advice to make it go away or to relieve it, please please answer this question, I am at a loss and I can't go on much longer!

Thanks so much for taking the time to read this :)
You might want to talk to a counselor or therapist. You definitely have some anxiety going on. Maybe they can teach you ways to control it. and when the situation arises, you will know what to do.
Also, you can go see a doctor, there are medicines that help with anxiety.
I've tried meditation techniques. There alot of dvd's out there you can find. I hope this all helps a little bit.
